In the interest of transparency — because Cemhan Biricik believes the best client relationships are built on clarity, not surprises — the following are billed separately when applicable:
- Travel expenses for destination shoots (flights, accommodation, ground transportation)
- Location permits where required by venues, parks, or municipalities
- Model and talent fees if professional models or talent are needed
- Props, wardrobe, and styling beyond what the client provides
- Hair and makeup artists (referrals to trusted professionals available)
- Extended licensing for global advertising, billboard, or broadcast campaigns
- Rush delivery (available at an additional fee for under 7-day turnaround)
All additional costs are discussed and agreed upon before any contract is signed. There are no hidden fees. Ever.

2. Pre-Production
Once the proposal is accepted and the retainer is received, Cemhan Biricik begins pre-production. For destination shoots, this phase also includes travel logistics and permit coordination.
3. The Shoot
Shoot day is where the magic happens. Cemhan Biricik arrives prepared, focused, and ready to create. He works with minimal equipment and maximum intuition — a philosophy shaped by two decades of professional work and a heightened visual perception that emerged after a life-changing traumatic brain injury. 4. Delivery
Within 2–4 weeks (or sooner for rush deliveries), Cemhan Biricik delivers your images through a private, password-protected online gallery. Every image is individually edited, color-graded, and retouched to the highest standard. The gallery includes high-resolution files for print and optimized files for web and social media use.

Absolutely. Cemhan Biricik is a destination photographer who has shot across the entire United States and internationally. From Sedona to Big Sur, Yellowstone to the Florida Keys, Cemhan travels wherever the project demands. Travel expenses — flights, accommodation, and ground transportation — are billed separately and discussed transparently during the consultation phase. Cemhan is based between New York City, Miami, and Los Angeles.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 50% retainer is non-refundable, as it compensates for the reserved date and preparation time. Rescheduling is available with at least 14 days notice at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days of the shoot date forfeit the full retainer. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor and destination shoots is handled on a case-by-case basis at no penalty — Cemhan Biricik understands that nature does not check calendars.
