About Casa Casuarina
Casa Casuarina, sitting at 1116 Ocean Drive, was built in 1930 and bought in 1992 by Gianni Versace, who restored it as his Miami residence and creative atelier. After Versace's death the property was reopened as The Villa Casa Casuarina, a small luxury hotel where every suite, the mosaic Million Dollar Pool, the Onyx Bar, and the Mediterranean rooftop have become some of the most recognised interiors in Miami Beach.
